KV Shaala Darpan is an e-Governance platform for all Kendriya Vidyalayas in the country. It aims to improve quality of learning, efficiency of school administration, governance of schools & service delivery to key stakeholders namely, students, parents, teachers, community and schools.
How to access SES Portal – MGRM – KV Shaala Darpan
KV Shaala Darpan is an online portal meant to maintain an online data base of each students and staffs of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
* From attendance to examination papers, study material, medical conditions, Student Personal details, Student performance, Mark-sheet and health challenges, everything will be recorded in the software.
* The software name is SES Portal (School expert system)
* It is a Remote application.
* It also includes KVS OLA (Online Admission Portal).
Purpose of Shaala Darpan
Parents will get information about their children in respect to their attendance status, performance, health challenges, Personal details and entire academic record from class 1 to 12. Students will have facilities of e-tutorials to enrich their knowledge. Student can also check their details like attendance, personal details , marks (performance) , School details , Class Teacher details etc.
* School staff role : Access their information, Fill entries in module like Admission, HRM, Examination, Configuration ,Scheduler etc.
* Class teacher role: Student’s attendance, Admission, Student’s detail management(Student Personal details , Attendance , Marks , Performance , Class Representative , Health record etc.).
* Students role: Student can check or view information about their attendance, personal details, health details, , marks, performance etc.
